It was a brisk Thursday morning and a yellow school bus pulled up at 7:00 a.m sharp, ready to pick up Brown's Junior Swim Team.
For more than 2 months these students have been training down at the pool, and by training I mean working extremely hard. From deck work to stroke drills to racing starts to continuous relays... the time has now come... City Finals at Rosedale Heights and we were ready!
These dedicated students have competed in 4 Swim Meets, including a City Semi-final, where their individual times were recorded and compared with more than 27 schools across Toronto!
Long story short, it was a great day. A lot of proud smiling faces, high fives, & hardware (Medals).
Thanks again team for all your hard work. A "shout out" to this year's captains, Nathan H. and Olivia B. Thanks for leading by example.

The Grade 6 Badminton Team will have the opportunity to defend its crown as the South Conference Badminton Champions during the week of April 20. The team defeated Queen Vic by a score of 3-2. Congratulations and good luck in the Championship game!

TRACK & FIELD TEAM
The Track and Field Team tryouts for Grade 4 to 6 students will begin during the week of April 13th. Students will run three different distances (80m, 200m and 400m) in Phys-Ed class. The other 3 events will take place in late April/early May, more info to follow. Grade 3 students will compete in the 60m sprint in Phys-Ed class. The following are the dates and locations of this year's Track meets.
