Alternate Dates Set For Cross-Country Runs
TDSB staff have been working toward finding alternatives to give students who were unable to take part in the previously scheduled TDESAA (Toronto District Elementary Schools Athletics Association) cross-country meets the opportunity to experience a Fall cross-country run. We are happy to share that dates and locations have been determined.  For schools in the west, the run will take place on Friday, October 12 at Earl Bales Park at 9:45 a.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m. These runs will only be open to students who did not officially participate in the previously scheduled TDESAA meets. It is also important to note that students will be running as individuals and not as school teams and these are not TDESAA events. As these excursions will be organized by individual schools, parents/ guardians should contact their school administration for more information. Although I am glad there is this second opportunity, I am sorry that not everyone could have participated in the first.
